We have some AMAZING news to share with you, we are purchasing an additional 5 acres of land on our doorstep for the rescued animals.

 

Recently we were informed that land we rented for our rescue animals was being sold by auction with a very short deadline. This was an opportunity not to be missed, we couldn't pass on this opportunity to buy land on our doorstep and prevent some of our animals from being moved off.

 

In a short space of time, we put a plan into action and to our surprise, we have only been successful in our bid, soon the land will legally be owned by the charity. This 5 acres is on the edge of Brinsley, we have saved it from being developed, we have invested for the future of the charity.

 

To pull this off, we needed funds and quickly, in just a few days we have secured nearly £30,000 interest free loans from our amazing local community of Brinsley, in addition we have dipped deep into our reserves to fund this purchase.

 

Whilst this is fantastic news for the long-term future of the charity, the financial impact will have a short-term implications, we need to recover and to do so be even more mindful of spending, can you help us get back to full steam!
